Why Have an ATM?
Cash isn’t going away. Even as card payments have become the norm, many customers still prefer or need cash — and many businesses benefit from having it readily available on-site.
For business owners, an ATM does two things at once: it gives customers a convenient way to access cash, and it generates surcharge revenue every time someone makes a withdrawal. The surcharge is set by you, subject to network requirements, and the revenue it earns goes to you.
Beyond the direct revenue, cash spending inside your business has its own advantages. Cash transactions don’t carry card processing fees, and they eliminate the risk of chargebacks entirely. Customers who pull cash from your ATM are already inside your business — and likely to spend it there.

We’ve carried Hyosung machines for over 20 years. The Hyosung Halo II is our most popular seller — a freestanding retail ATM known for its reliability and straightforward operation. For higher-traffic locations, the Hyosung Force and Force T offer faster transaction speeds, a touchscreen interface and higher cash capacity. The Hero MX5400 is Hyosung’s high-volume model built for busy retail environments. New Hyosung machines start at $2,399.
Genmega ATMs
Genmega machines offer reliable performance at a competitive price point. The Genmega G2500 is our top recommended freestanding model and one of the best values in retail ATMs. The Onyx W is Genmega’s countertop and wall-mount option — a compact unit that works well in tighter spaces where a freestanding machine isn’t practical. Triton ATMs
Triton has been building ATMs in the United States since 1994, and we’ve carried them since 1997. They manufacture at their facility in Long Beach, Mississippi. Triton currently makes three models: the Argo 12 and Argo 15 are freestanding retail units, and the Argo FT is the through-the-wall model available in walk-up and drive-up configurations. New Triton machines start in the mid-$3,000s.

How does everything work?
When you order your ATM, it ships pre-programmed and ready to connect. Plug it in, connect it to your internet via wired Ethernet, wireless or phone line, and it’s operational. You set your own surcharge — whatever amount makes sense for your location. The surcharge revenue you earn goes to you, less any applicable network or processing fees.
You stock the machine with your own cash. Most customers load between $1,000 and $3,000 at a time, though machines can hold significantly more. Cash dispensed from the ATM is electronically settled back to your designated bank account on your processing schedule — the money cycles back to you automatically.
Online access lets you monitor transactions, check cash levels and review settlements from any computer or mobile device. Optional text and email alerts notify you when cash is running low or the machine needs attention.
How much will my ATM cost and what machine should I choose?
New Genmega and Hyosung machines start at $2,399. New Triton machines start in the mid-$3,000s. Professionally refurbished machines are available starting at $1,550.

What if I don’t own a business?
You don’t need to own a location to get into the ATM business. Many of our customers place machines in other people’s businesses and collect the surcharge revenue themselves. You find the location, purchase the machine, stock it with cash and collect the surcharge revenue it generates. The business owner benefits from having an ATM on-site without any responsibility for it.
Why would I want an ATM business?
An ATM business has low overhead, no employees and no storefront. Your primary ongoing responsibilities are restocking cash and monitoring your machines remotely — both of which take very little time. You can run an ATM business alongside a full-time job or other business. As you add locations, the model scales without adding significant time or complexity.
How do I start my own ATM business?
The first step is finding a location. Approach business owners who see steady foot traffic and explain the benefit — customers get convenient cash access, the business sees more cash spending and reduced card processing fees, and you handle everything related to the ATM. Once you have a location, you purchase the machine, we ship it pre-programmed, and you’re operational.
You set the surcharge, control what displays on screen and receipt, and monitor everything remotely through your online account. A good starting point is one or two machines while you learn the operation, then expand from there.
What are my startup costs?
New machines start at $2,399. Add your initial cash load — most operators start with $1,000 to $3,000 per machine — and you have a realistic picture of what it takes to get your first location running. There are no franchise fees. How quickly a machine pays for itself depends on transaction volume at your location.
We recommend starting with one or two machines, getting comfortable with the operation and building from there. Many of our customers started with a single machine and now operate large portfolios.
What types of locations do well?
Traffic volume is the primary factor. Busy locations with customers who regularly need or prefer cash tend to perform best — convenience stores, bars, restaurants, laundromats, entertainment venues, salons and similar businesses. The more consistent the foot traffic, the more predictable the ATM performance.
What are my warranty options?
New ATMs include a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering parts. An optional lifetime warranty upgrade is available on qualifying machines, covering parts, labor and supplies. Ask us about warranty options when you call.
